We’re doing it now because customers demand to work with those salespeople via digital channels, and the existing tools simply aren’t up to the task. The core of our team has innovated together since 2014 at Vlocity, an enterprise SaaS company that grew to 1,100 employees in the 6.5 years prior to its acquisition by Salesforce.
